About the Collection

The Story

Davis Bader is a trained sommelier whose love for French wine became a lifelong passion. Over more than 30 years, he carefully curated this collection—seeking out exceptional vintages from Bordeaux, Burgundy, the Rhône Valley, and beyond. Each bottle tells a story of dedication, knowledge, and an unwavering appreciation for the craft of winemaking.

In 2014, Davis was involved in a serious motorcycle accident. Since then, he has been focused entirely on his recovery. He remains disabled and, on the advice of his doctors, can no longer enjoy wine.

Rather than let these carefully selected bottles go unappreciated, Davis has decided to share his collection with those who can truly enjoy them. These wines represent decades of expertise and passion—we hope they bring you as much joy as they brought Davis in collecting them.
